The VERY BEST Non-smudge/flake mascara

Have long lashes so don't want anything lengthening & don't like a fat brush.

Everything smudges & budges - currently unsuccessful with Benefit Roller Lash

I really like Rimmel Extra super lash and I've tried a lot but always go back. I like that it has bristles rather than plastic comb type things.

Clinique lash power, totally smudge proof, it’s a tubing mascara so you get it off with warm water. Doesn’t move at all during the day even on my horrendously oily skin and has a really fine traditional brush.

Absolutely Clinique Lash Power. Last ages, doesn't budge all day then comes off easily with warm water.

Another vote for Lash Power! I didn't realise it was so popular. I wear contact lenses and being able to remove it with water is perfect. I'd be gutted if they stopped doing it as I've been using it for years.

Clinique Lash Power is good, but I actually slightly prefer Maybelline Snapscara which is very cheap but very good indeed. It is a bit more thickening than Lash Power, though, so if you are after super-subtle, then you might prefer the Clinique.

Is the maybelline one tubing, I only wear a tubing mascara and love them, it's just annoying that most don't actually say they are.

Benefit roller lash

My sister in law bought me Hourglass Caution Extreme Lash for my birthday two years ago and it’s the best cosmetic I’ve ever used. I’m never loyal to a brand but this is the best, I have naturally long lashes anyway and this stays put. I’ve had a surf lesson in it, and sadly had it on at my lovely Mums funeral and not so much as a smudge.
