Conditioner

Please tell me the best conditioner you have used on your wavy coloured hair. Willing to spend ££££, and am considering Philip Kingsley Elasticiser. Please don't say coconut oil, it's just not working for me, neither is Argan oil. My hair is medium texture, wavy, and lots of it, bra strap length. Recently balayaged.

Kerastese nutritive shampoo and conditioner has been really good for my dry wavy hair. I do still use coconut oil once a week and it has helped my hair fall.

I’ve been really impressed with the Superdrug knock off elasticiser OP. I know you are willing to spend £££ but give it a go before you do. It’s a bit of a nuisance having to apply it pre shampoo on wet hair and leave it for 20 minutes, but it’s made quite a difference to how my hair feels.

aveda sap moss has been best for me. Oribe is good too but not that great considering the price.

Maui moisture , the pink one , I think it's called revive and restore.

I have dry , wavy hair too.

I quite like the Philips Kingsley Elasticiser, although I find I have to leave it one quite a long time, and as its a pre-shampoo treatment I tend to use it, shampoo, and then condition as well. I also like the Ouai and the Virtue conditioner masks, sorry they're both a bit spendy. I've pretty much given up on regular conditioner and just use hair masks now:

Olaplex No. 3.

emma6776 · 23/09/2020 19:15

Christophe Robin prickly pear regenerating mask (you can get a wee trial size as it’s horrifically £££)

Ethique conditioner bars! They’re so good -
£15 for a bar but last ages. Good for wavy hair as silicone free too. Use on my wavy, quite thick, balayage hair and it’s never fluffy or frizzy anymore and a lot less greasy!

Prettybubblesintheair · 23/09/2020 19:24

I love tigi catwalk nourish. Oatmeal and honey, leaves my wavy dry frizz lovely and smooth.

StarlightLady · 24/09/2020 06:09

My hair reacts best if l change conditioner brands regularly. So l rarely buy the same one without a long gap in between.

TheKey · 24/09/2020 06:58

Opalex number 3 (although it is a treatment not a conditioner)
Davines momo

I really don't rate elasticizer at all

Prettybubblesintheair · 24/09/2020 09:24

As above both elasticizer and olaplex are a pre shampoo treatment not a conditioner.

Superdrug black castor oil and shea
