Spots on nose

I have quite dry skin.
Never really been prone to spots, though if I did have a breakout it was always on my nose.
For the past few months I have constant spots appearing on my nose and the sides are always red.
I cleanse every morning and night and exfoliate but no sooner do they go, more appear!
It is really bugging me now and I don't know what it could be..
Any Ideas?

Drs, sounds like an infections taken over.

Sensitivity to face mask?

I've developed one on the side of my nose too. Really odd. It must be where my glasses rest on my face mask, but why only one side.

Have you had your blood pressure checked? Spots on the nose can be linked to stress, blood pressure, the heart and also digestive issues.

Have you increased the amount of sugar you consume?
