A gilet

What do you think of them? Are they fashionable? Or are they seen more as a practical item?

The reason I ask is QVC has a faux fur one as it's TSV which looks very cosy but I've never worn a gilet...

Love mine. But I wear it dubarry boots all the time in winter so I do look a bit horsey in it.

Yes I wondered how "now" they are but then thinking it's certainly no less stylish than the walking fleece I wear and the jogging bottoms I wear from home.

I thought one of these could look quite smart for a walk to to shops with some skinny jeans and chelsea boots, maybe...

I just bought the one from Oliver Bonas which is really lovely.
