Bra recommendations?

I've just got home from work to find my underwire has popped out yet again. This keeps happening and i don't know if I'm not looking after them properly or if the bras I'm buying are just crap?

Can anyone recommend something similar that goes up to a 34G and won't fall apart after a few months?

Are you definitely wearing the right size? Bearing in mind T shirt bras are the hardest bras to size properly, verging on impossible. If your cup size is wrong, the underwire is doing more work than it was expecting and will end up popping out. Equally if the back size is too big the bra is moving about and the underwire is rubbing on the fabric and will pop out.

You need Boob or Bust - small back, big enough cups.

And gently handwashing only?

Beyond that, it may just be the life expectancy of the bra.
