Face serums, retinol, etc. How many can I use at once?

I've gone and bought a whole load of products from The Ordinary including their Retinol, Buffet, Rose Hip Oil and something I can pronounce or write for forehead wrinkles and something for acne.

I want to use them all, plus my normal moisturiser. But are there some products that I shouldn't be mixing with others?

I intend to use the retinol at night only and am also wondering if I could use it with my Estée Lauder Night Serum.

I would use the others during the day. I put the buffet on today all over, the wrinkle stuff on my forehead and a bit under my eyes, the acne stuff on my nose where it's oily and on some spots on my forehead. Then the rosehip oil everywhere but where I applied the acne stuff. Is it too much to use? Am I doing it right?

There's a great app you can use which tells you which order to use things in and which items cannot be used at the same time. It's called Skincare routine.
