Secretsout · 18/09/2020 09:57

I use Revitalash and it definitely works

applepineapple · 18/09/2020 10:01

I've had amazing results from Lilash. Expensive but 100% works, I had people asking if I was wearing false lashes Grin

Janaih · 18/09/2020 10:04

Yes they do. I have very short stumpy lashes and they now look decent, even false lash like if I curl and put mascara on properly. Currently using one from silly george facebook and but have used revitalash in the past.

Greentea93 · 18/09/2020 10:10

Revitalash is expensive and I normally hate spending that much money on something but I’m on my third tube. A tube last a few months

1940s · 18/09/2020 10:26

I recall hears ago they turned blue eyes brown, is this still a risk?

yescheese · 18/09/2020 10:54

I tried Rapidlash and it worked really well but I'm noticing less of a change second time around. I wouldn't recommend the shiseido one, but am tempted to give revitalish a go.

Lovelydovey · 18/09/2020 10:59

Yes but it irritated my eyes something chronic.

applepineapple · 18/09/2020 11:00

I think you're thinking of Latisse. You can't get that in the UK, the active ingredient is Bimatoprost which has that effect.
Ginfizzlife · 18/09/2020 11:21

I’ve also had great results with Rapidlash. They were so sparse and short I wasn’t expecting much to be honest but I’m so impressed. I’ve only been using it since June but am noW at the stage where I’m hardly wearing any mascara.

HermioneWeasley · 18/09/2020 11:23

I’ve had good results with this one and it’s much cheaper than rapid lash - of course it migh not be as good, but it has definitely made mine grow longer

Another one for revitalash- it works really well for me

RiskIt4Biscuit · 18/09/2020 12:38

Revitalash definitely works.

I've tried one from Mavala, and it did nothing.

Janaih · 18/09/2020 12:46

The mavala one is just a lash conditioner. For the dramatic results you need a serum with the growth enzyme in, which is why they are pricey.

LifeInAHamsterWheel · 18/09/2020 16:27

I've not tried it, but have read many times that castor oil is just as good. Might be worth giving it a try before investing in something very expensive?

Sasuma · 18/09/2020 18:44

@applepineapple you can get Bimatoprost in the UK (on prescription). It works but there are risks (small) of darkening the eyes. I use it though with no problems and my eyelashes are long and thick.

EdinaMonsoon · 18/09/2020 19:23

I’ve been using NYK1 for 3 weeks & it’s already making a difference. My eyelashes were very sparse & short thanks to dodgy thyroid 🤦‍♀️ They have started thickening already & now look like I have had a lash lift treatment. The product info says it takes 7 weeks for the full effect so I’m really impressed so far. I have also been using it for my eyebrows. I can’t see as much progress but they are slightly better.

70isaLimitNotaTarget · 18/09/2020 20:10

Yes but you need to keep with it then keep up a maintenance regime .

I'm using Revitabrow with great results (on my eyebrows obvs Grin ) and bought some UKLash and UKBrow which is about £35 so very competitive .

Already seeing a difference on my eyelashes .

(DD uses it but she already has amazing eyelashes naturally)

I tried Castor Oil on my brows applied with a mascara spoolie , but didn't really commit to it . Wouldn't fancy it in my eyeashes .

applepineapple · 18/09/2020 20:21

@Sasuma Thanks, good to know!

chloechloe · 18/09/2020 21:46

Revitalash really works, worth the money. My eyelashes often fall out and get gaps in. This really makes them resilient and makes them grow really long.

GhostCurry · 19/09/2020 07:28

Has anyone else found that these serums made their eyelids reddish? I can’t tell if it’s all in my head. I’m using Miralash.

Thesuzle · 19/09/2020 07:33

Ive used revitalash advanced and it was great, used it on eyebrows too and re grew the last cm of menopause eyebrows ! So I’m thinking if revitabrow is cheaper, would it not work on lashes too, they are both hairs ?

Janaih · 23/09/2020 00:26

@GhostCurry yes my eyelid looks a bit sore but feels fine and foundation covers it. But the lashes though! Worth it.

happylittleclam · 23/09/2020 00:33

Castor oil works brilliantly for my lashes when I can be bothered to use it nightly.
