Cotton clothes without print/logo/text: where?

Partidgeinpeartree · 15/09/2020 10:07

I have passed on my preference for plain clothes to my 12 year old dd. Finding nice simple clothing for myself was difficult enough, but finding it for a (pre)teen seems nearly impossible. All labels appear covered with either big logo´s, prints, texts or (the horror) glitter. Are there any brands out there that cater for this niche? I would also prefer something sustainable but for the moment I´m happy with anything I can get my hands on (online please). Suggestions are most welcome

Is she happy to wear ‘boys’ clothes? I get my plain cotton t shirts from the men’s section

Another one for Uniqlo or H&M basics. Or potentially Esprit or Benetton

rapanuiclothing.com/womens-organic-clothing/ Amazing clothes.. mine are 8 years old and still going strong!!

Uniqlo, Arket, H&M or Cos are all good for this.

Partidgeinpeartree · 15/09/2020 15:37

Thanks for all your suggestions! We have indeed got quite a couple of items already from H&M (although they often still tend to put hearts or text on girls clothing (why?).
I liked the rapanui shirts - will show her these tonight. Esprit is my go to option, unfortunately for kids they don´t have many basics.

How about dorsu.org/ for simple, ethically-produced cotton jersey clothing? Comfy, good quality. No actual kids sizes but small size may work for your daughter. An social enterprise worth supporting too.
