Haircare for teen DD

Can anyone recommend good shampoo for DD (13), with long, fine hair? It's always been really silky but has in the last month or two become very dry and frizzy - should she start using conditioner now? (I can't remember when I started using it myself.) She doesn't blow-dry, or use anything else after washing it.

She's also v eco-conscious, so anything that way inclined would be good, too.

TIA x

Any range adults use would be fine - it's the hair type that counts not age IMO.

There is good advice on an eco friendly hair regimen here:

My DD's hair has also become frizzier recently (I remember mine doing the same thing around that age). She uses the Garnier Aloe shampoo and conditioner www.boots.com/garnier-ultimate-blends-moisturising-hair-food-aloe-vera-shampoo-for-normal-hair-350ml-10275027 and likes the smell. She also likes Faith in Nature stuff.
