Curls and waves drop out...any suggestions please?

Usually put in with GHD straighteners, but just don't last more than a couple of hours. Tried hairspray, heat protector etc.

My hair does have some wave to it and can be quite frizzy.

I recommend Kérastase L'incroyable blowdry lotion. Magic stuff

That sounds a good suggestion, Kerastase is a great brand for hair products.

Don't do it on freshly washed hair for started

Use a tonne of hair spray then brush it out gently with your fingers
