Just bought a pair and tried them on at home with socks, the leather tongue is ridiculously long and uncomfortable, have read online that it softens up but having my doubts. By comparison, I have a new pair of Sketchers arch support trainers for walking and they are so comfortable to wear as designed by a Podiatrist. Just wondering if anyone returned Vejas for lack of comfort or does the leather soften in a reasonable timeline and has anyone tried spraying a leather softener on the back of the tongue at all, I suspect any containing alcohol will stain the white leather.
