Advice on SPF 50

Hi everyone,

I've started to wear SPF50 now that Ive turned 37. Previously I just wore a moisturiser with added spf. I have bought the Avene spf 50, only it makes me look so ghostly. Any tips? I dont want to put foundation on as I dont wear if everyday....

I use the Garnier spray sunscreen for my face.

I’m not 100% sure about this, but I have heard that the difference between 30+ and 50+ is fairly minimal but that 50+ has a lot of additional ingredients that you wouldn’t necessarily want on your face every day. Maybe a 30+ would be suitable for winter use?
I have recently heard of powder sunscreens, could that be helpful?
