How are you bra shopping

Pre-lockdown my bras were half dead, now I’m down to two ragged ones but changing rooms are closed. I always find bra shopping difficult, I have a big bust to support and a small back. I can vary wildly in size depending on the cup shape, if it’s wide etc.

I normally do buy pretty cheap ones too

I just bought 4 from bravissimo and have just sent three back, and ordered a replacement in a different size for one sent back.

I ordered two styles in two sizes each.

Bravissimo are open for fittings, and you can try on as many as you like.

I talk to bravissimo online who explain withe different fit of different bras and recommend styles to you

I did boob or bust and ordered a selection from M&S, sent back the ones I didn’t like

I'm waiting until I can get to Bravissimo and get measured. I'm going into the office the week after next so I might see if I can get to the London one and do it then.

I measured myself and bought online. Went from 34f to 32g and currently wearing prima donna madison, deauville or couture.

Curvy Kate's Bra Whisperer is great for an online fitting, you just fill out a form on their website and upload 3 photos then she gets back to you with a suggested size and bra styles. I was stuck in nursing bras despite having stopped breastfeeding for 5-6 months and now have a greay fit in their Victory bra.

I measured myself first using Boob or Bust, then got 4 new bras in a make I've luck with fitting in the past (Freya) in the John Lewis sale in that size or the companion size (so measured as 30G, found two in that size and two in 32FF).

Was expecting to have return some but to my surprise they all fitted!

I used Boob or Bust first as well. I then ordered bras from Bravissimo but found that although they were a close fit, I needed a very different style because they all gaped on the smaller bust. I then called Bravissimo for help and the person on the end of the phone was really helpful - especially because she was able to tell me which styles would be best and whether some came up small or large. I am now sorted, which is great because I was very uncertain about how on earth to get it right online.
