Boden Swimsuit sizing

I am in need of a new swimming costume, lots of great ones in Boden sale and know they have good reviews for swimwear.

Do not want to have to order all size variants so wondered if you lovely folk have sizing advice.

I am a size 10 or 12, 5ft 3 bit with relatively long body, but with boobs (32f).

Should I go for 10 or 12? Regular or long? Any particular style to recommend?

Their size guide says 10 R

Inverted triangle body shape if that is relevant to style choice. Cozzies are often a issue of too small in top or too big on bottom!
