How to style work boots.

Just bought these and awaiting them arriving.

I'm looking for some ideas on how to wear them, bearing in mind I'm 5'2 and a size 16, and over 50. I know I will wear them with leggings and oversized shirts, but can I wear them with a dress and tights or will I look ridiculous.

Anyone?

I've got a similar and 5ft 2. I wear them with most thibgs. Long skirts and dresses look fab with them. The only thing I don't wear them with are tailored trousers

Can I wear them with jeans?

I'd wear them with jeans, but would try tucking the jeans in or cuff them. It's a matter of preference, so I'd suggest playing around with it.

I'd also wear them with dresses (and tights), 90s/grunge style.

Love these. I’d wear them with:

• black tights (if you like, or just bare legs) and a short tea dress,
• black tights, a polo neck and cord dungaree dress
• long floral dress
• midi length skirt to finish just above the boots, and a jumper half tucked in
• tailored black trousers cropped to just above the boots, with a blazer
• dungarees and a headband for full Rosie the Riveter vibes

I’ve got some similar boots, same height as you and I wear them with dresses a lot and get lots of compliments. I also have warm comfortable feet whatever the weather so.....go for it x

I think if you're going to wear them with trousers the only length that will work is hitting just at the top of the boot. And I would roll/cuff jeans to the same length. But other than that they'll go with everything. They're lovely.

Those are beautiful boots. I'd wear them with rolled up jeans, or with skirts and tights, or leggings.
