At home teeth whitening?

I’d like to try at home teeth whitening, can anyone recommend a good kits. The choice is a bit overwhelming!

I need this too. Used to order peroxide and trays from ebay when it was legal ten years ago or Crest whitening strips.

Can’t get them anywhere now. Help?

Im following this. I have the custom made trays from a treatment some years ago but I don't want to pay the ridiculous price for a few refills of the 22% carbamide peroxide gel.

Crest strips have worked ok for me in the past.

All non-supervised tooth whitening in the UK has the same maximum strength; toothpaste, kits, strips etc.. Everything else has to be overseen by a dentist. If toothpaste isn't strong enough for you, you'll need a professional consultation. I know that some people buy stuff from the US, over the counter in drugstores etc.. which is stronger, but I don't know how easy it is now that we aren't visiting.

I tried these recently and thought they were pretty good. Got them on Amazon so just do a copy and paste...

not true at all. Phillips Zoom. You can buy it at the dentist and you can also buy online. It is the standard 'at home' treatment.
