Products to make a curl stay in

I've got fine hair which gets greasy easily so if I want to curl it with tongs, it has to be washed the same day.

I manage to get some good curls with my ghds, leave them to set and then spray with hairspray, but less than an hour later they are gone!

Ive tried a tresemme curling mousse but that didn't do much - any other recommendations?

Sea salt spray is the only thing that keeps my hair curled, mine is super straight, soft, thick hair but it works well

Mine only stays of I use the straightener to do them. Also don't put too much conditioner when you wash on the day.

Thank you for the tips! Do you use the sprays before you curl, or after?

Good plan with the conditioner, didn't think about that.
