My Adidas Gazelles make it worse.

I hate horrible fabric trainers with fugly soles.

Any tips?

I ordered these when I couldn't sleep in the night.

I wore Adidas cloud foam trainers for about three months and that really helped my PF. Orthotic insoles in work shoes worked too but they don’t work in open shoes so ballet flats for example. They need to be held in because they are a good chunk of the space inside

Decent insoles and trainers that fit anyway, regardless of brand.

What really helped was concentrating on stretching the heel out toe upwards to prevent it before walking on it.
