Gold watch dilemma

My hubby has just ordered me a Michael Kors smart watch for my birthday and I chose the gold colour, it’s a lovely looking watch and I’m mega excited to trade in my ugly Fitbit charge 2 for something a lot more blingy. However my everyday jewellery is silver (wedding and engagement ring on left hand, 2 silver rings on my right hand), I also wear a pandora bracelet all the time and again this is silver. I do switch up my necklaces and earrings and have either gold or silver in them. Have I made the wrong decision choosing the gold? I’m getting fed up with my regular silver and wanted something different. Do you think it will look ok or should I change my everyday jewellery to include some gold?

At the moment I wear my Fitbit and pandora bracelet on the same arm as they are both silver, Will this look odd when I get the gold watch?

You can mix gold and silver. They are both neutral toned.

I mix gold and silver all the time - I think it looks cool. So for example, my engagement, wedding and eternity rings are white gold, my watch strap is silver and gold, and I'm wearing a thin gold bangle.

Happy birthday!

I just don't like gold on me so I've never done this myself, but on other people I think it can look good if you mix them up in roughly equal quantities, but all silver with one gold thing (or vice versa) stands out a bit. What if you got some earrings, or a Pandora bead or two,. that contain both colours? That would make it all fit together well and make it clear that you like both colours.

Thanks everyone, some great ideas. I think I need more gold jewellery to break it all up.
