Not really style and beauty but towels

We are doing our bathroom at the moment. We need some new towels. Probably a dark gray or charcoal which I know will cause fluff but has anyone got recommendations on where to buy decent towels please.

I tend to be a JL towel purchaser, but recently had to get some from Dunelm, which seem to be very nice and they had a lovely range of colours. I do love towel displays, BHS used to be the best. I will stop now.

I've had some great towels from TK Maxx.

I love bed linen and towels. You need a decent weight of cotton, but yet not too heavy - the big heavyweight bath towels can wreck your washing machine. But they are luxurious. About 500-700 gsm weight is good. If you can, try and buy 100% combed Egyptian cotton, decently hemmed towels, for longevity. Be careful buying by feel because manufacturers can make the towels feel lovely eventho they might not be great towels. Check the labels. A good, knowledgeable sales assistant is handy. Try a JL with a good bed linen dept.
I do realise you prob didn’t need half the info, but indulge me. I love bed linen. Grin
