How old is too old for Hollister?

I was looking for DS and I like some of their women's clothes, and also noticed that they go down to smaller sizes. I'm wondering how old is too old? Thanks!

Clothes are just pieces of material you put on your body. Ergo- where whatever the fuck you like!

I'm done with the whole 'too fat too old thing'. Currently wearing short shorts on a size 16 body.

Wear. Ffs

I got a pair of Hollister shorts on eBay recently because they were just the style I was after. I'm 46.

Nobody is too old for anything. Wear what you like, if the youngsters don’t like it, fuckem.

ParcelFarce · 04/09/2020 20:32

Clothes have no age limit! Hollister fares pretty poorly in the ethics/sustainability stakes, though: directory.goodonyou.eco/brand/hollister

My D.C. wore Hollister from about 12-17 and wouldn’t now in their 20s

I wear Hollister shorts. I'm not a teenager. They do do small sizes but be aware that their sizing is a bit on the generous side.

LaurieFairyCake · 04/09/2020 20:35

You top out at 82

Skingaling · 04/09/2020 20:35

Early to mid twenties.

Onesipmore · 04/09/2020 20:36

I think if you look at who the brand are targeting its (as a pp says) 12 - 17. Of course you can wear what you like, but I always think people look faintly ridiculous with Hollister plastered all over them. Most teens when they get to 18 wouldn't be seen dead in it

SurfnTerfFantasticmissfoxy · 04/09/2020 20:38

I'm 38 and i love hollister jeans

If you choose wisely, they won't have Hollister plastered all over them.

anon5000 · 04/09/2020 20:41

I’m 43 and have several pairs of black Hollister jeans for work, they’re v comfortable & flattering. Probably wouldn’t wear a Hollister hoodie though. Their underwear is good too.

chipsandpeas · 04/09/2020 20:43

im 43 and my fav hoodie is from hollister

AuntieStella · 04/09/2020 20:44

I wear it and I'm in my 50s

Ditch the idea that age is a constraint, and wear what you feel terrific in

I don't like big slogans - from anywhere - but that's not the totality of what they sell

MustDust · 04/09/2020 20:45

Hollister jeans have proper sized pockets as well as being a good fit and quality so I don't care if I'm too old for them.

Dazzedandconfused · 04/09/2020 20:48

I dont think there are age restrictions on any brands but I do think it's a bit tacky for an adult to wear tshirts or hoodies with any huge logo plastered on it.

whirlwindwallaby · 04/09/2020 20:56

I like decent pockets, avoid the big logo stuff. Just looking for basic colourful t shirts and some jeans a different style to the skinny ones I'm currently wearing. I'm about a 34-25-34. Any other recommendations?

One of my fave Ts is Hollister. No logos. DD has quite a bit of Hollister stuff, but she's the typical 15YO Hollister customer. I got great Ts from Abercrombie too (in US)

cautiouscovidity · 04/09/2020 21:34

I'm 40 and buy Hollister stuff for myself but only online because the shops are weirdly dark and the music's too loud

CatBatCat · 04/09/2020 21:35

If you're a label obsessed teen about 15, older - any age!
