If you had £100 to spend at Look Fantastic?

What would you buy? I do in fact have £100 to spend at Look Fantastic the issue being I just placed a large order here and at John Lewis for make up and skincare. The downside is I need to spend it by the end of September.

If you were 44 with good skin, very few wrinkles, dark blonde hair and light skin. Green/brown eyes. What would you buy?

I prefer higher end make up brand and not keen on the likes of nyx or Barry m except for nail polish.

I just topped up skincare and have quite a good routine so probably looking at make up. Tbh I’d ha e preferred a voucher for a facial or pedicure. But shouldn’t complain about a ‘free’ £100.

Thanks

I would order their advent calendar, currently £85 but cheaper if you sign up for monthly beauty boxes.

Christophe Robin haircare.

I love it all but the prickly pear hair mask is amazing

UnicornMadeOfPinkGlitter · 03/09/2020 20:57

Thanks. Will have a look. Not sure I’d have the willpower to save the calendar for December though?

If I had £100 I’d maybe buy a beauty tool - like a hair styling tool, or a Clarisonic or NuFace or similar. Or a set of make up brushes or really fancy hair brush.

I got this, though had to sell it on when I started worrying about my cat as essential oils are toxic

Jealous! I love LookFantastic. I'd buy two tubes of my favourite mascara (Benefit roller lash) as I can never afford it and my favourite perfume I've nearly ran out of (Black Opium) and with the rest, a nice skincare product. Have fun OP!

BonfireStarter · 03/09/2020 22:07

I'd probably get an Urban Decay eye pallette and some Aveda hair products. I love LF too!

KittyWindbag · 04/09/2020 05:54

In your position I’d spend it on hair - a good quality hair tool or kerastase etc hair products

Or I’d buy tan luxe fake take oil with the facial hyaluronic serum. Both excellent, both really expensive.

A second shout for Christophe Robin hair care.

ChequerBoard · 04/09/2020 11:01

Yes to Christophe Robin - the Prickly Pear hair mask is fantastic and i cannot be without the Instant Volumizing Mist. it makes a really noticeable difference to my hair which can be flat at the front and needs a little lift, it also smells incredible, like freshly cut roses.

PersonaNonGarter · 04/09/2020 11:27

That rose mist is divine. I really don’t know what it does to my hair, it just make it better.

Does that matter? Grin

I would go for luxury body stuff... Laura Mercier Creme Brulee is gorgeous, I live Bum Bum cream but it is not cheap, and I think they stock Espa - the Fitness shower oil is lush...

UnicornMadeOfPinkGlitter · 04/09/2020 21:46

Thanks all. Still looking and looking at all of your suggestions.
It’s nice to have a voucher to spend on myself and trying not to buy anything that 14yr old dd would want to steal as I’ve already replaced brushes after she stole all of my favourite ones.
