Hush and PayPal

I know there are a number of hush fans on her and I have been a big customer of theirs over the years. They recently (May) updates their database back end and All Past orders were removed from my profile. At the same time I lost my perk of free premium delivery but they said they had suspended that during the database transfer. But now I’ve realised I can longer do “pay after delivery” using PayPal. Hush said it’s nothing to do with them but I can still use it with other retailers. I found this particulary useful as their sizing can be a bit hit and miss so I tend to order a few sizes and can then return what doesn’t fit before I’ve even been charged.

Is anyone else still able to get free premium delivery and pay after delivery ?

Hi, try adding premium delivery to your order. Mine defaults to zero cost once I've added it. So it's still there for Hush Friends but they aren't making it obvious.
With Pay after Delivery mine seems to work sometimes and other times it's not offered. Not sure why as (like you say) it was always an option prior to the database change

Do you know I wondered why Hush always took my payment so late when I paid by PayPal - this explains it!
