Age spots - possible to reduce them?

I've had ages spots since my last pregnancy - always more pronounced in the summer.

Any recommendations for lotions and potions that will reduce them?

Dermatica do a tretonoin cream for age spots but you must wear sunblock daily.

Yep Tret is the way. £20 a month with Dermatica - only use it 2 times a week to begin and build up slowly.

Use spf50 everyday. It’ll take a couple of months, but it does work.

@Fluffycloudland77 @TeddyIsaHe

Thank you - I'd not come across Dermatica before and the idea of some element of customer support rather than just buying a tube of something is appealing. And I completely take on board the spf requirement.

With tretonoin is it something you need to continue to use forever or will it reduce the age spots to the point that (as long as I use spf50 religiously) I won't need to continue to use it?
