It’s the best one ever and I can’t for the life of me remember what brand it is. Just wondered if anyone recognised the packaging.

It looks like its L'oreal Paris Brow Artist Plumper. Mine has rubbed off too but there's just enough to read the writing on the side. I think I had mine from Beauty Outlet so it may have been discontinued stock. It is still sold but in a different tube now. Hope this helps!
