I’m mid-30s and am going through a bit of a stressful time which I think is taking it’s toll on my skin.
It’s dull and dry in patches but I’ve got a bit of a breakout around my mouth and chin. It just looks flat and a bit saggy and crumpled (admittedly my Botox has worn off from before lockdown).
Any advice on getting dewy, healthy skin?
I know I need to drink mode water. I’ll start from now. I’m exhausted at the moment so am a marathon sleeper at night so no worries with not getting enough sleep. Thanks.
