Please can anyone recommend a leave in conditioner for coloured, post-menopausal hair? I've always had fine hair but it is thinner now.
I've been using an Aussie spray in one which is okay, but it 's from before that brand was reformulated and I get the impression that not everyone like the new products.

I absolutely adore Philip Kingsley products. I use the daily damage defence which is a leave in conditioner. I have thin her, it’s long and have lots of it so it perfect for keeping my hair knot free, smooth and easy to brush through.

Recommend Philip Kingsley tricho range for thinning hair. My hairdresser is a trichologist and some of his results are incredible. There are other products like their maximiser which helps with some volume.
