Lash moisturiser or something?

I wear powder foundation every day that I swipe over my lids and so it ends up covering my lashes and making them pale (dark naturally)

I don't really want to wear mascara (just can't be bothered getting it off and rub my eyes a lot)

Is there something that has mascara wand, won't smudge my eyeliner, but acts too nourish my lashes and not really add colour?

Don't put foundation on your lashes.
I do it sometimes and seldom wear mascara. I look strange withmy short face-coloured lashes.

I know, it's not a deliberate make up choice but I powder my eyes with it so they get covered.

Castor oil smudges doesn't it?

No idea about a product you could use (bar clear mascara, or maybe a colourless primer) but why not get some mascara brushes and just clean off the powder with a wet brush?
