Revlon one step brush dryer

Just got this and it works well on the left side of my head (so using my right hand) but the left side never curls under, I have to use my left hand for the right side of my head I don't know if this is the problem but it never curls under the same way the right side does. Help! Also the volume drops over a couple of hours, how do you keep it volumised???

I found taking smaller sections helps with the curling under. My hair is at that awkward ‘sits on my shoulder’ length so tends to flick out but this helps. As for volume, again smaller sections doing underneath layer first then top layer after. Lift as much as you can whilst drying, I lift my hair vertically holding the brush longer at the root. Using a volumising mouse will help with keeping the volume longer. Hope this makes sense!
