Am looking for recommendations on a ladies bag, that looks nice but is also practical with a nearly 3 year old and the stuff they need (nappies (currently) snacks, drinks, spare clothes, toy etc etc)

Just can't find what I'm looking for on my Google search, and hoping you guys on MN may have the answer!

White Stuff seem to have lots of nice backpacks

I have this in yellow and love it - it fits loads in it too.

I love my Kipling one. Maybe not as stylish as the above but it fits loads, is waterproof and very lightweight.

I’ve just bought a lovely Kipling one too. 40% off. What’s not to like?

I like Sandqvist backpacks, although mine is second hand as they are pricey.

Or if you don't mind a sporty brand, the North Face Electra is nice. I have an Isabella which is similar but bigger.

I love Mia Tui bags!
Mine has been used daily for 3 years and still looks as good as new.

Love my Tiba & Marl backpack for all the toddler kit.

I have this one and have been using it every day for work for well over a year and it still looks new . www.gooutdoors.co.uk/15908423/oex-sentinel-rfid-backpack-15908423.
It was on offer at the time , I think I paid about £45 for it , I specifically wanted one that would hold my laptop, I also carry a lunch box samll flask and lots of other bits .
as well as the main part of the bag it has two side pockets ( one on each side ) one slightly deeper than the other which are great for keeping things close to hand rather than having to hunt to the bottom of the main bit.
Its only down side is it is not waterproof so I had to buy a cover ( about £5 ) for it but that said I bought a highly reflective cover for when I am on my bike so I probably would of bought it even if it was water proof ,

I love Mia Tui bags
They have a space for everything inside the bags

SallyCinnamon3009 · 29/08/2020 16:11

I bought a nordace one after seeing it on Instagram and love it

I have a Fjallraven Rekanken rucksack (made from recycled water bottles), might not be big enough though. Plus a bigger Adidas rucksack in a 'cool' Brazilian street art style - just something quirky that a like. I find that more practical for going on walks outdoors and don't mind it getting mucky.
