Wedding underwear?

Hi- I am getting married in 6 weeks (hopefully) & want to get some nice, romantic underwear for the wedding night. Can anyone recommend any good shops/websites? Have searched the usual boux Avenue, Debenhams & just can't find anything that appeals.

Thanks guys!Smile

I got a set from Ann summers. Nothing raunchy, just a lovely off white colour.

I wore big granny suck- in pants and quickly changed to a thong at the hotel!!

I got mine from a website called Pour Moi. Really impressed with delivery etc. And i like how they have a really good range of sizes.

Have you tried Pour Moi?

www.pourmoi.co.uk
Reasonably priced and seems to have a good mix of styles.

Will you need it? Dh was drunk & fell asleep. It’s a good job I wasn’t a virgin.

DH and I were both absolutely smashed on our wedding night so my Chantelle lingerie went to waste 😂😂
Enjoy your day op. Mine went so fast plus I drank far too much champagne so I have only hazy memories after about 7pm on our wedding day.

Try Rigby and Peller too. They have some beautiful ranges.

No advice at all but this made me chuckle remembering my wedding undies. We got married at a venue about an hour away from my parents house and dropped everything off the day before (we were staying at the venue and going straight on honeymoon the next day). Accidentally dropped EVERYTHING off including my perfume which I had specifically selected and all pants. The only shop open was Morrison's and the only pants they sold were massive patterned cotton ones (you must know the type I mean!) Mum refused to let me walk down the isle in 'granny panties' so I ended up borrowing a pair of hers which she hadn't worn before. They were light blue lace so something borrowed, something new and something blue all in one! Still makes me laugh thinking about it but I felt like it was a disaster at the time.

Wedding nights aren’t what they used to be when you got married at 11 am, got waived off on your honeymoon at 6:30pm and everyone went round to your mums for a knees up.

I got mine in Rigby and Peller. Could have worn anything though, we were both rather smashed...

Thanks all, I will check out some of your suggestions! @Bertyb7 I will be sure to pack my day after clothes Grin
