I have just been looking on their website looking to book a personal shopping session. Since having children my shape has changed so much and I haven’t a clue how to dress anymore!

Has anyone used them before?

I haven't, but if you search there have been recent threads. I saw mixed reviews - mainly negative - that the advice was generic and people were underwhelmed. The concensus was to go to a John Lewis personal shopper instead. It's free and you don't feel pressure to buy.
