Bride outfit for registry office wedding

HELP

I am getting married in autumn just a registry office wedding with my partner and two witnesses, we will go for a nice meal after.

What on earth shall I wear? I’m quite a dressy person so happy to wear a nice dress but not sure where to look. I want to look nice without looking like I’m going on a night out

I’m tall and bigger so I wear a size 18/20 in non tall sections.

What sort of colours do you like? Do you have any body parts you like to show or disguise? I understand it will have to be a fairly conservative and formal sort of outfit without as you said look like you're on a night out.
Do you want it to look bridal/wedding-y and in shades of white and cream or not?
Is that Autumn in the UK?

Is it important to you to be able to recycle and rewear the outfit or not?

@NutellaEyes that second one is wow! I think I could pull something like that off! It’s not too fancy wedding but not too dull! I don’t love my arms but that lace cover would be great!

Have you had a look at Bombshell dresses? They have some lovely dressy but not evening dressy dresses, and they look amazing on a plus size figure. Not cheap, but you don't get married every day!

Oh and they have facemasks to match too! (not affiliated with them, just a long term fan who wishes she had more occasions worthy of the dresses).
