Back to school shoes- for teachers!

I have the same struggle every September! I’ve spent the summer in Birkenstocks and need some smarter shoes until I can get my trusty boots out again (I try and avoid this until half term!)

I have to look reasonably smart. I’m school leadership and can’t get away with white trainers that I wear usually. I have a couple of pairs of brogues already. I need some flats to wear (preferably without socks) with midi dresses, skirts and ankle length trousers.

However, I have really stupid feet! I’m size 5 but really flat and narrow. I can literally walk out of most pumps, leaving them on the shop floor behind me!
Any ideas? Am willing to spend a bit if needed.

I feel your pain, I sorted out my shoes yesterday and have nothing for that in between stage from going back until half term. I've got my eye on amazon.co.uk/Socofy-SOCOFYDEKEUP3695-Womens-Low-Top/dp/B078JSKPDC/ref=sr_1_37?dchild=1&keywords=socofy&qid=1598348968&sr=8-37]] these for something a bit different.
One of the LSAs in my classroom always wears really 'out there' shoes - I can't remember the name of them now - but ones with decorated heels and over the top patterns so I always think I don't want to be in plain boring shoes.
