Size up or down in Reiss

I’m usually a size 8 but lockdown weight means I’m between an 8 and a 10 at the moment depending on the brand.

Would you order an 8 or a 10 in dresses? DP informs me the men’s clothes come up very big so he has to get a Xs sometimes but is this the same for women?

Order both and send one back.

I think Reiss is generally pretty true to size. So I suppose it depends if you want to wear the dress now (in which case get a 10) or after you have lost the weight (in which case get 8).

Hmm I want to wear them this weekend but am also losing the weight gain so don’t want them to be too big in a few weeks.
Ordering them both could be a solution actually

I usually size down for Reiss.

It could be indeed. I find it true to size. I also find that dresses fit me well whilst insone brands my top half would be a size up from the bottom half.

I find that Reiss are quite generously sized, if in doubt I size down.

I think Reiss is quite generous. I would size down, especially if you are losing the extra few pounds.
