The best jeans for my shape?

Hello,

I'm wanting some new jeans as the ones I have are just old tesco contour ones that do nothing for me..

I have a large bottom area and hips (size 14) and a small waist with smaller bust (I'm 26 and 5ft 6) bust is 34b and I have some typical mum tum belly from having my DS

Would mom jeans suit my shape?
I've heard Joni are good for being ankle length as I like the look of jeans to ankle length and trainers with a stylish hoody in the colder months.

Just in need of some guidance 🙂

TIA!!

I reckon mom jeans would just add bulk to your bulkiest part, IYSWIM. I'm a similar pear shape, and steer well clear of that shape, which I think best suits the tall and/or skinny.

I'd say a reasonably high-waisted pair of skinnies or straight-legged, or possibly a boyfriend/girlfriend style cuffed, would be your best bet. (I stick with cuffed skinnies myself. Disclaimer - am not a super-stylish person.) Topshop Jonies are great, also Leigh.

Can you order a few different styles and try on at home in front of a full-length mirror and then return..?

I think a straight leg turned up would be flattering as above most Mom jeans seem to be bulky around the hips, whereas straight leg would skim over your hips without adding extra fabric.
