Can anyone offer an alternative? I have used it for years and loved the cooling low maintenance of it but somehow it’s not working for my skin anymore. I’ll be working from home for the next year or so and just want a very natural base. Not a full face foundation. I’m 42, have dehydrated skin so need something with glow and dew. I’m not too worried about price points, happy to pay for the right quality. Especially interested in the makeup/skincare hybrids.

I've switched from BM complexion Rescue to Code8 Radiate BB cream this year. It has a slightly warmer tint to it and gives me a healthy, natural glowing look whilst being really light and comfortable.

Chantecaille - Just Skin. Pricey but beautiful

I used complexions Rescue for ages and eventually went off as I think I never found the perfect colour match. I tried eborian but the shade range is limited and my closet shade is too orange.
At the moment I love Trinny london BFF ( spf 30). There is hardly any coverage but at least I don’t have to worry about colour matching. And love that I can just slap it on without being careful and it just gives a bit of a glow. If I want to up the coverage I add a splodge of my nars foundation ( the one thing I do have a good colour match in). Also like mixing it with my concealer so it’s less drying round the eyes.

Thanks so much everyone! The hunt continues. It’s so hard now as you can’t get a colour match or help in the shops. I used to love popping into space nk and get help from all the Lovely staff
