Rigid Jeans

I'm tired of my jeans wearing into holes after 6 months.

I've spent hours on line trying to find a pair of 100% cotton rigid denim jeans and failed miserably.

Does anyone know of any please? Need to come with at least a 34" inside leg measurement

I’m also looking for 100% cotton jeans. Every pair seems to be “stretch” with bloody elastane or something in them. They go horrible and baggy at the knees

How about Huit denim?

Go for the brands known for denim like Levi's.
Check that they are 100% cotton.

I like Gap but the jeans vary.
M&S jeans are good and not £££.

Levi's don't do 100% cotton in the women's ranges unfortunately. I do like Levi but the last 2 pairs I bought last autumn are now in holes

Gap are too short as are M&S. Women don't get anything like the range of sizes in trousers that men take for granted. I can get away with cargo pants from menswear but jeans are just the wrong shape.

I live in hope that one day I can have a pair of smart black trousers

Really? Am I wearing boy's jeans? I've had them a few years but they are straight and dark. Thinking about it they have those silly short pockets.

Those aren't the jeans I have. The link is a bit crap as not many sizes are left.

I searched for rigid jeans women uk and got a few results.

Ooh those don't come up on the Levi site. I never bother with asos normally. Too short but worth remembering

I tried Fatface following a similar thread I was on. Reviews online said they were great, no stretch. I am really disappointed. After only a couple of wears I could tell they were looser already. Let me know if you find the Holy Grail OP!

Well I ordered from Freddies of Pinewood in the end.

I'd forgotten how good rigid denim feels even if I couldn't bend down initially!

Nice fit on me, very high waisted (good - no muffin tops here) but fits well round the waist and hips. They do seem more cut for a curvy female figure which is great as normally I find I have to put up with jeans being too big around the waist for my hip size).
