Monsoon Refund Delay

My return was received by monsoon six weeks ago still waiting for a refund. I've emailed and tweeted several times and received replies asking if my query has been dealt with. I answer no each time and then get another reply asking if my query has been dealt with. I will never shop with them again. Awful customer service, they have effectively stolen my money. Anyone else having the same problem?

Mine took about 4 weeks.

I am fairly sure Monsoon is in a lot of financial trouble and it wouldnt surprise me in the slightest if they go bump in the next six weeks.

They have a crazy sale on, their market is 'going out' type clothes and their store was utterly deserted when i popped in a couple of weeks ago (the only one which was).

The one in my town finally reopened last week and had a queue outside yesterday

Any chance you used PayPal to pay? If so, time to raise a dispute - PayPal nearly always sides with the buyer and will refund you.

I take it back. I just checked my email. It was a different return that came through. There's still no sign of the Monsoon return.

I did wonder what was happening, as my local Monsoon and Accessorize shops have closed for good. I hope you don't have to wait too long for a refund, OP.

ive had dreadful service from monsoon accessorize, a stone was missing from their premium range sterling silver earrings and was sitting in the packet. i took photos and asked for a refund as product obviously broken. nothing 6 weeks later. i guess i could send them back but they are earrings so a hygiene issue and what are they gonna do with them anyways. not too much. £18 but still.

Just checking if molton silver received a refund? I still haven't received mine.
