I'm quite tempted to get https://www.levi.com/GB/enGB/shop-all/ribcage-bootcut-jeans/p/3693400033 https://www.levi.com/GB/ennGB/shop-all/ribcage-bootcut-jeans/p/369340003 in black.

What does everyone think?
I'm 5 ft 5, and size 8, if that helps. Will probably wear with DMs, I wear everything with DMs.

Your question?!

Is it because everyone else wears skinny jeans you feel different? They are lovely trousers!

Trouser shape should be chosen depending on body shape. I am very top heavy so never wear skinny jeans, I look like an icecream cone!!! And not a good one....

I'm sick of wearing skinny jeans, and mom jeans, etc. I like the look of these and they seem to be a pair I can smarten up easily.

Dark black jeans are very versatile! :)

I've just bought a pair of black, bootcut jeans. Like you, I think they are easy to smarten up, with a blazer and heels. In some offices, they would pass as smart casual workwear. I think they have made a bit of a comeback. Skinnies are still everywhere, despite last year everyone saying they were OVER and you may as well burn them all now to save yourself embarrassment 😂.

I like having a few options in my wardrobe for jeans, as I wear them most days. I still have some skinnies, but also have bootcut and girlfriend.
