Yes they are. Some of the plain ones don't look too bad but the multicoloured ones stand out as obviously fake.

If it seems to good to be true it probably is.

They might be seconds or imports (from China?).
IME imports tend to run a bit small.

I'd try a Nike Outlet instead.
