Boots Ingredients Range

I was wondering if anyone has tried any of these or has any knowledge about them.
I'm going shopping tonight and need a new day serum (I use retinol at night).
Specifically, I'm considering the hyaluronic acid and vitamin C products.
Or are there any other daytime serums anyone would particularly recommend?

My main skin problems are aging and large pores in my T zone, but I suspect that (to paraphrase the wonderful Victoria Wood) the only solution for the latter is a darning needle and some skin-coloured wool.

I've used the bakuchiol. Can't say it did anything much!

Thanks Smile
I think that's retinol one?
Useful to know not to change from my usual yet.

I know I could get vitamin C and hyaluronic acid from The Ordinary but have a yen to go shopping irl, as I haven't done so for anything except groceries since lockdown Sad

I got Super Facialist Vitamin C serum when it was on offer in Boots. It's nice and gives a good glow.

Bah! Couldn't find the Super Facialist range in my local Boots.
Ended up getting the Boots Ingredients vitamin C serum and the hyaluronic acid moisturiser. The latter was a mistake as I'd meant to get the serum but DH isn't much of a browser at the best of times so I rushed a bit. Hmph.
Ah well... Will see how I get on.
Thanks for your replies Smile

I get totally confused in Boots because there's just too much to choose from. Hope those work for you so you won't need to use a darning needle Grin

I'll try to remember to give an update.
Fingers crossed for good results, but I'm not going to throw away my sewing basket yet Smile
