Looking for a good day face cream..

I like a good face cream. I’m not hot on great skin care but I do like a good face cream, like it to be worn under my make up, preferably anti aging or similar with an spf.
Can manage a budget of up to about £30 (might stretch to more if the cream promises miracles and highly recommended)
I’m early 40’s, non smoker and not bad skin condition although prone to hormonal breakouts (any recommendations for that welcome to?)

Ive been using the Glossier Priming Moisturizer Rich which does the job for me, same kind of skin as you describe. Keeps my skin hydrated without causing breakouts. Im not sure it does much else but I tend use serums, retinols in the evening anyway so a rest during the day is no bad thing.

I’ve been using this one. Really nice consistency - thickish but doesn’t ‘sit’ on my skin if you see what I mean. I was looking for something with collagen

Ah, no spf though. Just saw that in your post. I wear one over the top of the moisturiser
