So I've finally decided, at the age of 46,that I should probably be using an eye cream. Could you recommend a really good one please?

You can gently pat your normal moisturiser non top of your cheekbone. I think eye cream gives you bags by over application.

Plus it’s more expensive than champagne while being made of water and glycerin 🤨

I use Nivea Q10 Vitamin C. It seems to hydrate and cool my eye area. I’m prone to puffiness especially if I haven’t had a good nights sleep - which is most nights!

Any pro who doesn't stand from making money by recommending you an eye cream, will tell you that it's just moisturiser. It's a con. Find a moisturiser you like and use sparingly around your eyes.

I really like the Olay retinol one in a blue jar. Buy it on special offer (it's often half-price) as it's overpriced otherwise.

You really don't need an eye cream. Just use whatever you put on your face and just lightly tap it around the eye area. Companies are just trying to get two bites of the cherry.

Kiehl's creamy avocado is great and has really plumped my lines. I generally just take my moisturiser round my eyes but gave this a go and it's great.
Nadine Baggott while saying like most beauty experts that most eye creams aren't worth it, rates the Olay pink toned one for dark circles.
