Would you recommend a sticky bra?

So next month we have a special birthday celebration, and I've have a bought a beautiful wrap dress for the occasion. Standing still its gorgeous. However, we are having dinner, I have quite large boobs and I'm concerned about it gaping.

I would put a pin in it only it's made out of satin, so I don't want to put a hole in the dress.

So what do I do? Do I need to buy a plunge bra, I'm slightly worried I would fall out Blush or try a sticky bra?

I have used a sticky bra and it worked well- all day in the heat at a wedding 2 years ago.
I’m small though- 32b.

I have worn one before but they are uncomfortable- pulling it off hurt and the shape it gives in most clothes was weird, bit like a shelf. I am a 34C and would say much bigger than that wouldn't be well enough supported. Also when I bought one last year (for wedding, then decided it wasn't right under my dress at fitting), if was non returnable, which was irritating. I would have thought plunge would be better. Not being able to try on bras at the moment is VERY annoying - I needed a new one and have returned about 10.

Tit Tape & Plunge Bra.

A nice camisole is the best solution IMO. Much more stylish and comfortable than strange (potentially risky) bra contraptions.
