Wide calf boots from high street shops !? Where

Hello!!
Normal boots from say new look .... I can never zip/pull them over my calf’s.

Where can I try some wide fitting (Wide calf’s not feet) ones on in an actual shop!? I’m reluctant to order any online as the sizing guides are so confusing.

Help me please! I want to get autumn fashion ready!!!

Oh and also. Like £50? Not hundreds of pounds which always seems to be the ones google searches produces.

Same problem here! I've had boots from New Look and Sainsbury's that fit perfectly, but it's hit or miss (more often it's miss) and I could use a new pair.

I don't know your situation but with me it's just my build, so there's no chance of ever slimming down into the standard fit.

I got some from Moshulu - they're on our high street, anyway, and lace up the back so they've fitted me through skinniness and pregnancy!

Go half a size down, though. I got 6.5s and I can only wear them with at least two pairs of socks.

@ThisBear mine is all muscle. ha.
If they do fit. Forget it when they are over a pair of jeans.

Although I’ve just had a thought. Are you even allowed to try on shoes these days?

Sainsburys have these specifically wide calf just in. I know you said an actual shop and these are online only but you can do click & collect and return for free.

I have some From Deichmann, normal ones by they go over my enormous calf muscles.
