What to wear when it's warm and wet

Off to London and the forecast is rain, rain and rain, but still quite warm. What do I wear?! I need a couple of 'nice' outfits, as well as some schlepping outfits, and am really struggling. It doesn't help that I'm feeling fat and looking fat and old too!

Please be my personal stylist and sort me out.

Oh I hate this weather so much. Bring an umbrella, wear a light jean jacket and wear a summer dress inside. If you can, wear nice trainers that won't get ruined in rain. This is how I'm going about right now.

Dresses and leather trainers would be my go to for this time of year in the rain. Brolly for wandering. Possibly a denim jacket if it’s at all chilly.
