What do you think of LVL lash lift?

I had this done yesterday and can't believe how crap it is, I can't decide whether it was the fault of the technique of the beautician or whether it's just a load of faff and not worth it.

Basically looks as though I have a tiny amount of mascara on, my lashes have barely changed colour, and the lovely round curl I was expecting isn't there, just looks like they have been bent over a triangle slightly. I get much better results from curling with an old fashioned curler Hmm and this was the look I was expecting really. Looks like a good percentage of lashes were just left out of the process altogether.

Anybody getting this done regularly and loves it/feels it makes all the difference?

Had lvl done - pretty crap result although could have been beauticians technique. Found Yumi lashes much better - made a huge difference to my fair (look non-existent) lashes.

I loved LVL when I had it done, before a holiday. I’d do it again, they looked like false lashes but just more natural - I did find someone who was well trained and had good reviews so maybe it’s worth giving it another go with a different therapist?

Had it done, and loved mine. Am probably a good candidate as have dark and very straight eyelashes. The curl is the only way to make them visible!

Had it done, found the technique mildly painful (made my eyes water) such that when I was in there I thought to myself I wouldn't do it again. Beautician was really pleased with the results (I have long eyelashes) but I thought they were a bit triangular/L-shaped rather than the natural curve i was hoping for but they looked better after a few days. Lasted quite well (6-8 weeks) before they started criss-crossing and losing their curl. Not sure if I'll bother again. I did like the look, but not sure worth the combination of effort, pain and money.
