Contouring and pale/blue toned skin...

I don't mean the more extreme end of the scale - not that it doesnt look good just that drawing 3s on my face and lines down my nose seems a bit technical. However, I would like to be able to fake cheek bones somehow - I sometimes use blusher but my cheeks naturally flush quite red so it doesnt make much difference. I want to use bronzer or similar to get some shadow under by cheekbones but every one I have tried looks too muddy/makes my face look grey or yellow. I think its because Im very cool toned and fairly pale. I need (if it exists) a very subtle cool toned bronzer. I have tried benefit (Hula) and all that Bobbi Brown has available - the Bobbi Brown make up assistant even tried some of the stick foundations a shade darker than my normal skin tone and they didnt look right either. Im not a big fan of covering up all over with foundation etc as spots aside Im quite happy with my skin - but I would like to add some definition :(

Nyx blush in taupe might be what you're after.

I’d stick to a neutral coloured blushed and highlighter

My very pale/blue toned SIL uses bronzer, it doesn’t work IMO

@emsyj37 - thanks I have a look at it. Taupe definately sounds like the right end of the warm/cool spectrum

@minipie - shes probably the same as me, I find every one Ive tried ages me and makes my complexion quite dull. Im just hopeful that maybe theres something I havent tried... I dont want to look tanned as such I just want to add a hint of shadow where there is none
