Help me find a wheeled laptop bag

I'm looking for a non boring wheeled laptop bag which will ideally cost less than my mortgage payment. I need it to be able to hold a laptop and a ring binder or two along with a few bits of stationery.

What can you all recommend??

I think kipling do them, they are called Kipling Nestia bags. They are expensive though, so might be worth looking for a second hand one on the likes of ebay or facebook marketplace?

I have a Kipling one and it's excellent. Only has a tiny monkey thing/keychain on which is metal and removable. It's black though so not sure if it fits the bill of none-boring? I think when I was looking places like ted baker looked like they had wheeled cases which could be used for that purpose if you wanted something patterned? I think if you search for pilot bag/travel bag you'll find them (sorry am hopeless as links/pictures)
